Partners
An agency is a channel rather than a competitor — and that only holds because we run no campaigns.
What makes this workable
An auditor who also sells the delivery is bidding for the work they just criticised. We are not in that position and do not want to be, which is why a partner can put us in front of a client without wondering what happens afterwards.
One rule constrains this and it points at us: if we give a second opinion on an agency's proposal, we do not then bid for that work. Ever.
What a partner gets
A reading they can hand over with their own name on the relationship: findings with evidence, numbers with how far each can be trusted, and limits stated rather than hidden. Where the answer is not decidable, we say so — which is easier to defend in front of a client than a confident number that turns out to be an estimate.
And what we hand over is the thinking, finished and small. Never the implementation, and never large and broken.
Who we work with
Databox, ActiveCampaign, Google, Meta and Semrush, among others.
What those relationships give us is access and standing to read — and every figure we hand back still carries its source and its date, whoever it came from. A partnership is not a reason to report a number more kindly.
